A typical system for this type of machine starts with a single channel MSC 1 controller but we can also enable features such as the sensor blockage warning alarm and can add a tab blower to help remove waste before gluing takes place.
Glue is stored in a stainless steel pressure feed tank and volume is controlled automatically via an electronic pressure regulator.  If required we can supply a diaphragm pump and connect to your external poly-container or drum.
For early Kirby and Emba gluers we used to use a spray application head but have now changed to using a stainless steel extrusion valve with a choice of quick release beading tips.
