Semi Auto & Stitcher Gluers
A typical system for this type of machine starts with a single channel MSC 1 controller. 
For Nova and Multi-Nova gluers we use one or two spray application heads. 
On semi-auto and stitcher type machines we will use a stainless steel extrusion valve with either a quick release or tubular nozzle. 
For fixed speed machines we save the cost of an encoder and programme the controller with the machine speed - for variable speed we fit an encoder for accuracy. 
Glue is stored in a stainless steel pressure feed tank and volume is controlled manually. 
If you need Hot melt glue added we can build this into the specification and even combine the two!
